You are between 18 and 75 years old.

  • You have been diagnosed with lupus (SLE) for at least 6 months.
  • Your condition is moderate to severe, meaning you have ongoing symptoms such as joint pain, tiredness, or skin rashes.

The study is researching whether the investigational medicine, when added to standard treatment, can help adults with moderate to severe SLE.

  • The main study has a duration of 52 weeks (a total of 17 site visits).
  • After completing the main study, participants may have the option to join an open-label long-term extension lasting approximately 2 years.

You are also currently taking at least one medication prescribed for the treatment of SLE. The specific medicines you are using will be reviewed during the screening process.
