Using data-driven methods and 17+ years of local expertise on a global scale, we can reach, engage and enroll patients for your study. We leverage over 40 channels, patient organizations and health app partnerships, as well as our database with over 1 million patients, to make sure we reach patients.
3. Patient engagement
Retaining study participants is an essential requirement for completing studies on time. Our patient-centric, lay-friendly study materials and in-house teams keep patients engaged, and more importantly, in studies.
How the ClinLife platform works
ClinLife was developed with patients, for patients, allowing them to search for studies, check eligibility, select a convenient research site and register for suitable studies.
How it works:
1. Data-driven marketing: Our patient recruitment campaigns send via 40+ channels and our global patient database to engage suitable patients and drive them to indication and study landing pages on ClinLife
2. Patient-centric landing pages: Patients arrive on ClinLife, where they access patient-friendly indication and study information in their local language, and are guided to an online screener
3. Online screening & registration: Our innovative online screeners validate the patient's elgibility according to your protocol. Patient then choose a convenient research site to attend, and register for the study
4. Optional phone screening: Our in-house, medically-trained enrollment success team can act as an ethics approved concierge to further qualify patients, refer them to sites, and follow-up on progress
5. Patients are referred to our research site portal: Eligible patients are referred research sites via our user-friendly portal, which is available in 35+ languages, and allows staff to manage and update patient status, schedule appointments and more
